Ross M.

I currently work for Duolingo as a contracted quality control specialist. The role involves making high-stakes decisions, reviewing data, and adapting to daily process changes based on strict internal standards to meet our SLA with clients. I graduated in 2013 with a First Class Hons. degree in Linguistics and then went on to work as a private language instructor at various language schools in the United Kingdom and also in Portugal between 2014 and 2017. I am professional, empathetic to my clients' needs and excel at written and spoken communication. I also have experience working as a freelance audio editor/producer for corporate podcasts, Youtube channels and UK music artists.
