Project & Operations Coordinator | Process, Systems, Workflow Design
Are projects falling behind, tasks getting lost, or workflows becoming harder to manage than they should be? I help small businesses and creative teams bring more structure to their day-to-day operations through project coordination, task management, process improvement, and behind-the-scenes support. Since 2021, I have worked in digital project management and operations, primarily using Asana to organize workflows, improve visibility, and keep projects moving. I currently support a small business by overseeing multiple projects and helping maintain clarity across moving parts. My work is especially helpful for teams that need someone who can bring order, follow-through, and stronger internal coordination without adding noise to the process. What I can help with: Project coordination and follow-up Task and workflow management in Asana Process improvement and organization SOPs and internal documentation Administrative and operational support Cross-functional coordination English-Spanish communication and translation support Short-term or ongoing backend support How I work I am detail-oriented, organized, and thoughtful about how work flows from one step to the next. I do not just complete tasks. I look for ways to reduce friction, improve clarity, and make systems easier to maintain. I work best in behind-the-scenes roles that require structure, consistency, and strong written communication. I am comfortable collaborating asynchronously and being available for scheduled check-ins as needed. Relevant experience In one of my roles, I helped transform the workflow of an educational program, reducing delays from days to hours and improving communication between students and teachers. In the apparel industry, I managed specifications, daily production updates, and inventory tracking to keep operations organized and production running without interruption. I also served as a translator and the lead of the layout team for El Libro de Ajustes para Patrones de Costura, the Spanish version of The Fitting Book by Gina Renee Vogt. I also supported the production and launch of The Fashion Design Book. My background in fashion design has been especially useful for creative, detail-heavy projects.
