AI Automation Engineer specializing in Make, n8n, GoHighLevel, AI agents, CRM automation and API integrations. I build automated business workflows that connect CRMs, APIs, AI and business tools. There's a specific kind of frustration that comes from watching your team do the same thing manually every single day when you know a system could handle it in seconds. That's the problem I solve. I'm an AI Automation Engineer with 8+ years of experience building business systems, automations, integrations and custom software. But honestly, the title doesn't matter much. What matters is that I've spent years mapping broken workflows, figuring out where businesses actually lose time and money and building systems that fix it permanently. Here are a few examples of systems I've recently built for different businesses: -A real estate agency's sales manager was losing the first two hours of every morning to copy paste form comes in, manually enter it into the CRM, write the follow up, CC the right agent, repeat. They'd tried Zapier six months earlier but fields were mapping wrong and follow-ups were going out with blank first names, so they'd switched it off and gone back to doing it by hand. I rebuilt the whole thing in n8n form submits, data validates, GoHighLevel contact gets created at the right pipeline stage a personalized follow up fires based on property type, and the agent gets a Slack message with full lead context, all in under 40 seconds. Nobody touches it anymore. -An e-commerce brand contacted me as they required product and pricing data from competitor sites to stay competitive. Instead of paying someone to do it daily, I built a custom scraper that collected the data, structured it into Airtable and triggered a Make scenario to flag price changes and auto-update their own listings. They went from a 2-day reaction window to same-day. -A SaaS founder needed an internal LLM powered assistant that could answer customer support questions using their actual documentation not hallucinated answers. I built a RAG pipeline with a custom knowledge base, connected it to their Intercom inbox through a webhook, and it now handles 60–70% of first-response tickets automatically. This is how I think about every project. Not "what tool should I use" but "where exactly is this business losing time or money, and what's the cleanest way to fix it permanently." **The stack I work across:** **Automation & AI:** n8n · Make · Zapier · GoHighLevel (GHL) · AI Agents · AI Chatbots · RAG · Voice AI · OpenAI · Claude · Vapi · Twilio · ElevenLabs · API Integrations · Webhooks · Data Scraping · Data Enrichment **CRM & Business Automation:** CRM Automation · Lead Generation · Lead Qualification · Lead Nurturing · Sales Automation · Marketing Automation · Workflow Automation · Business Process Automation · Appointment & Follow-Up Automation · Customer Onboarding · Pipeline Automation · HubSpot · Salesforce · Pipedrive · Zoho · Airtable · ClickUp · Monday · Asana · Notion **Integrations & E-commerce:** Shopify · WooCommerce · BigCommerce · ShipStation · Google Sheets · Slack · Stripe · QuickBooks · Xero · Calendly · SendGrid · ManyChat **Full-Stack Development:** Node.js · Express · PHP · Laravel · React.js · REST APIs · MySQL · PostgreSQL · MongoDB · Custom SaaS Platforms · Internal Dashboards · Admin Panels When an automation requires custom engineering beyond what no code tools can handle, I can build the underlying APIs, integrations, databases and application logic as well.
