Thomas P.

As a UK-based, ARB-registered architect with extensive experience, my professional journey has encompassed leading diverse projects from initial concept and planning through to construction and regulatory compliance. Most recently, I've managed a significant development portfolio, demonstrating leadership and expertise in residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. My architectural foundations were built in London, where I completed my BA (Hons), MArch, and Postgraduate Diploma in Architectural Practice (PDaP) at the University of Greenwich. This academic journey provided me with a robust understanding of various project scales, construction methodologies, contractual frameworks, and regulatory standards. My time as Architect and Director of Architecture within a dynamic Design and Build company further enriched my ability to combine innovative, sustainable design principles with bold and creative concepts aimed at enhancing quality of life. Throughout my career, I've successfully delivered projects across multiple sectors, including detailed small-scale developments, residential projects ranging from individual homes to city-centre apartment towers, mixed-use developments, product design, and large-scale masterplanning. My international exposure has also sparked a deep passion for global architectural solutions, and I continue to seek opportunities to engage with projects beyond UK borders. In recent years, my focus has expanded towards conceptual architecture, sustainable solutions, and energy-efficient designs, particularly within bespoke residential developments across the UK. Since establishing my own practice, my portfolio has significantly diversified, enabling me to provide tailored and comprehensive architectural solutions to clients. I am proficient in both 2D and 3D design and take immense pride in delivering projects to the highest standards, regardless of scale. My dedication is matched by a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and creating architecture that genuinely inspires. I look forward to collaborating with you - let's create something incredible together. Tom Phillips Architect ARB/RIBA
