Maria Eddeline C.

Hi there! I'm Len, a top-rated plus freelancer with 9 years of experience in customer service and the banking industry. I've worked for JP Morgan Chase, Visa, and American Express, where I resolved disputes, fraud claims, and assisted customers. In July 2021, I began freelancing to provide clients with a wide range of services, including: Virtual assistance: I can help you with all of your administrative tasks, such as appointment setting, email handling, calendar management, task management, data entry, and database/website management. Research and purchasing: I can research suppliers, compare and evaluate supplier offers, negotiate contract terms and pricing, track orders, assess and monitor the quality of products, place orders as needed, and work within set budgets. Project management: I can help you manage your projects from start to finish, including setting goals, creating timelines, assigning tasks, and tracking progress. I'm a highly organized and efficient worker with a proven track record of success. I'm also a great communicator and I'm always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Let's talk about your requirements and how I can help you relieve some of your workload. Looking forward to hearing from you!
