Ritika A.

I am an HR professional with an MBA in Human Resources, over four years of experience supporting HR systems through SAP HCM, and a strong passion for building a career in Human Resources. After taking time away from the workforce to care for my family, I have intentionally invested in updating my skills through professional certifications and hands-on learning to successfully relaunch my HR career. My professional background includes supporting global HR operations across Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Employee Self-Service (ESS/MSS), Benefits Administration, Payroll, HRIS, employee data management, system testing (UAT), documentation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Working with global HR teams has strengthened my ability to maintain confidential employee information, ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot HR system issues, and support business-critical HR processes. In my current role as a Substitute Paraeducator with a California public school district, I collaborate with teachers, administrators, specialists, students, and families in a fast-paced environment. This experience has further strengthened my communication, relationship-building, organizational, customer service, and multitasking skills—qualities that are essential for successful HR professionals. To prepare for today's evolving HR landscape, I have earned the HRCI Human Resource Associate Certificate, completed HR Analytics training from UC Irvine, earned certifications in AI for HR, and continue to expand my knowledge of Workday HCM, modern HR technology, Talent Acquisition, and recruitment best practices. .
