I also rebuilt KeosDesk, a customer support platform forked from Rocket. Chat, with a brand new UI and multi-workspace management. At AutoMedSys (Atlanta), I developed frontend interfaces for a HIPAA-certified healthcare SaaS platform serving 50+ medical practices across the US, including EHR, e-Prescribing, and Telehealth modules. At Miestro (US), I diagnosed a critical onboarding problem where 200+ database migrations caused a 7-second wait for new users. I redesigned the signup flow so credit card input ran concurrently with the migrations in the background. Users experienced instant onboarding while the system completed setup under the hood.
