Frank A.

I help organizations turn complex ideas, evidence and funding requirements into persuasive proposals, policy briefs and decision-ready reports. I recently completed a $2,000 digital governance and public policy project on Upwork and received 5-star feedback. The work involved researching digital public services, organizing evidence, developing practical recommendations and delivering a publication-ready report with minimal back-and-forth. I can support you with: • Grant proposals and funding applications • RFP, tender and government-bid responses • Policy research, policy briefs and policy notes • Funding-opportunity and donor research • Problem statements, needs assessments and project narratives • AI governance, digital policy and technology-policy research • Regulatory and sector research • Executive summaries, reports and presentation content • Proposal editing, restructuring and compliance checks My approach is structured and evidence-led: 1. Review the opportunity, requirements and evaluation criteria. 2. Research the policy, market and funding context. 3. Build a clear compliance and response structure. 4. Write a persuasive, reader-focused draft supported by credible evidence. 5. Review the submission for consistency, completeness and clarity. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, which is especially useful for AI, technology, digital transformation and public-sector innovation projects. I also bring experience in research, digital strategy and stakeholder-focused communication. I do not make unrealistic guarantees about funding outcomes. I provide rigorous research, clear writing, careful alignment with requirements and dependable delivery. Send me your grant notice, RFP, tender document or research brief, and I will help you determine the strongest way to respond.
