I was also exposed to fulfillment platforms like Shopify, ShipStation, and Amazon Seller Central which allowed me to keep track of all customer's orders and track inventory and out-of-stock products. I have also been open to company work platforms such as Slack and Asana to work within departments and teams. As a Media Assistant, I was opportune to learn various skills around Graphic & Multimedia Designing. I was exposed to various platforms like Canva, Later, Adobe photoshop, Gravit Designer, Genially, and lots more. I also handled various social media channels and was responsible for scheduling timely posts and creating good content that would attract the audience with the use of hashtag experts. As an Administrative Assistant, I was tasked with handling phone calls, filing paperwork, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of the CEO. I was able to advance my skills on general work efficiency platforms such as google workspace; Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Meet, and Google Presentations.
