I've transformed interns into senior engineers. Nowadays, no one wants to hire young, inexperienced developers. They feel it is a waste of time. I don't believe so. The intern of today, is the senior of tomorrow. Building teams, empowering people and teaching are my passion, and for that I draw from my almost 10 years tenure into the software engineering industry. I've worked with mobile development, desktop development and web development. I've been there and I guided and empowered the team to achieve the projects goal. I followed web development since its infancy to the mature state of the art that it is today.
