Raised US$ 37 Million Valuing the Start-up @ US$ 150 Million. ✅ As Chief of Projects: - Set-up an online Start-up, a network of 800 intelligent POS terminals, aranged Start-up funding of US$ 40 Million. ✅ As Business Head & CFO: - Completed strategic acquisitions of 36 large & small units, to build up an asset base & an exponential increase in potential visible Income, justifying an increase in Valuation from US$ 40 Million to US$ 350 Million in a span of two years, & raised US$ 65 Million in fresh equity. ✅ As Business Head &CFO : - Restructured a running business to fight off one of the worst Economic crisis (2008) & brought it to a (+Ve) EBIDTA of app. 25% (up from (-Ve). ✅ As Group CFO of a Company in 3D CGI Animation :- Created a film fund of US$ 100 Mill, transferred existing funding obligations (US$ 30 Mill) & features under production in a SPV, new Investors contributed US$ 30 million, senior lending from Bank of US$ 40 million, creating a Co-production & Co-financed pipeline of US$ 200 mill for the Company. ✅ As Head-Commercial:- Restructured & Revived a manufacturing Unit, re-engineered the product, cut cash burn, reduced NWC Cycle by 3.5 Months, re-negotiated debts of US$30 Million leading to 60% haircuts by Banks & FI’s, improved margins by 18%. ✅ As CFO:- Restructured a Business Vertical (as a Tax planning strategy) by transplanting the business in UAE & Hong Kong, Implementing outsourcing model for logistics & Banking, arranged working capital facilities of US$ 3 Million & Export Credit Insurance. ✅ As Head Corporate Finance: - ’’REBRANDED” & “REPOSITIONED A PRODUCT” creating a niche demand, designed Innovative structured financial transaction, helping sale of products under lease & hire purchase & raising net Cash inflow by 20% for each Sale transaction.
