Over the past few years, I have managed complete QA processes for SaaS platforms, websites, and mobile applications. My approach is simple and structured I test products the way real users would use them, check across different devices and browsers and share clear, actionable feedback with proper priority levels so fixes can be done smoothly. I strongly focus on user flow and overall experience because I believe a product succeeds when it feels easy and reliable for the end user. I am also someone who is always learning and exploring new tools and testing methods. I have solid experience in mobile app testing, mobile web, cross-browser/platform testing, usability testing, responsive, and desktop sites and accessibility testing. Alongside this, I am currently learning the automation testing to further improve speed, and efficiency. I work quickly, pay attention to detail, and genuinely enjoy making products better with every iteration.
