I design SaaS, fintech and marketplace products that users understand on first use: dashboards, web apps and multi-step flows where a confusing screen costs you signups and retention. 5+ years and 40+ AI & SaaS products designed end-to-end in Figma for founders from pre-seed to Series A. Most of this experience comes from in-house and studio roles outside Upwork. Recent work: - Platform redesign and design system for a regulated iGaming platform: 50+ screens, web and mobile - Time-off module for a multi-role HR SaaS platform - Website redesign and admin panel for a retail bank - eSIM mobile app for a privacy and security company - Used-car marketplace redesign What I do: - Product UX - user flows, information architecture and wireframes for complex, data-heavy products - UI design - dashboards, web and mobile apps - Design systems - tokens, components, dev-ready handoff - Design QA - checking the live build against the design How I work: I design in an AI-assisted pipeline (Claude + Figma MCP). I own the decisions, taste and quality bar, while AI handles the mechanics: assembling screens from design-system tokens, HTML prototypes, research and consistency audits. You get senior-level thinking at a much faster pace. Every round of feedback is tracked line by line, and nothing is marked done until an independent review confirms each request was applied. Send me a link to your product or a short brief, and I'll reply with where users are likely getting stuck and how I'd approach it.
