Networking & security: Cisco Meraki, Draytek and Ubiquiti networks, VLAN and security configuration, backup/DR (Acronis), and Cyber Essentials/Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation work. Automation: Power Automate flows connecting Outlook, SharePoint and Excel to cut out manual work.
