I create breakdown of benefits containing procedure codes for Preventive , basic and major along with Orthodontics information ,frequency and coverage, Missing tooth clause, waiting period, downgrade, guidelines and many more and the I upload and update the breakdown through the pms which I had experience on Dentrix, Open Dental. I have experience on PPO, HMO , MEDICARE, MEDICAID, DISCOUNT PLANS. I have a bit experience of claims research as well where I had to check the status of the claim if it's paid, denied or in process.
