I'm a Workday Financials consultant and business systems lead with nine years in enterprise finance systems. I step into live environments that aren't working the way the business needs, find the root cause, and leave the internal team able to run it. Certifications: Workday Record to Report, Grants, Customer Accounts, Composite Reporting and Human Capital Management. Where I work most: Workday Financials: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts, Billing, Expenses, Banking and settlement, Procure-to-Pay and month-end close. Projects and PSA: project setup, project billing, and the reporting that finance and delivery teams rely on. Grants: grant tracking, cost allocation, and the worktag and cost center design behind them. Reporting: composite, matrix and advanced reports for finance, HR and leadership. Business processes and security: approval routing, condition rules, security groups and approval matrices built to hold up under audit. Integrations and data: inbound and outbound EIBs, high-volume data conversion, and root cause work on failed integrations. Cross-functional systems leadership: I've led business systems projects that needed engineering, finance, HR and operations to agree on one design, then taken them through testing and cutover. Industries: healthcare, nonprofits, higher education, professional services and accounting firms, asset management and hedge funds, commercial real estate, insurance, logistics and enterprise technology. How I work: I document what I change (SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides) and coach admins directly, including teams with little Workday background.
