I build online booking systems, customer portals, membership websites, and more. ### Experience I started as a communications manager working with a team of writers, designers, and developers. Now, with over 20 years of experience, I've learned the things that actually make a difference for small businesses. Technical experience: - WordPress: Bricks Builder, Elementor, YOOtheme Pro, Gutenberg - Joomla: 20 years of experience, YOOtheme Pro specialist - SEO: Strategy, research, on-page optimization (focusing on fundamentals that drive results, not tricks) - Performance: Speed optimization, troubleshooting, technical SEO - Integrations: Booking systems, CRMs, payment processors, marketing tools ### Approach I follow best practices and build proper foundations. I don’t start with a trendy design and then force content to fit. I start with the content and build the layout to make it shine. In short, I focus on what matters: clear communication and conversion-focused design. How am I different? I actually check the details. When someone asks a question like, ”will this look good on mobile?” my answer is simple: yes, because I actually test it on multiple devices, at multiple sizes, during development. That attention to detail applies to everything I do. One detail in isolation might seem insignificant. Collectively, all those details make the difference between a website that looks professional and one that doesn’t. I've been doing this for two decades. I started in communications management, which taught me that effective websites aren't just about code -- they're about clear messaging, strategic thinking, and understanding what makes people take action. I don't overpromise. If I'm not sure I can deliver something, I'll tell you. There are plenty of people who will say "yes" to anything to get the job. I'm not one of them. When I say I can do something, you can count on it getting done right. ### Are we a good fit? I work best with small businesses and organizations that need to move beyond their first 'starter' website—people who are looking for an experienced partner they can trust. I'm often the person clients come to on their second or third attempt, after a frustrating DIY experience or a disappointing experience with a cheap developer. If that sounds familiar, we should talk. ### What does it cost? It depends on what you need. Simple, off-the-shelf solutions customized for your brand start around $2,500. Bigger, more complex, and fully custom solutions typically run $10,000 to $25,000. If you're looking for the cheapest option, I'm not it. If you're looking for someone who will build something that works, looks professional, and continues to serve your business for years -- let's have a conversation. Ready to discuss your project?
Let's schedule a call to talk about your goals and find out if we're a fit.
