Karim R.
Shopify CRO Specialist | AOV & Revenue Growth for DTC Brands
I'm a Shopify developer and designer with 3+ years of experience building custom stores for D2C brands. I come from a design background, so I have an eye for detail. What I do differently is make a store look more premium and convert better at the same time, two things that rarely go hand in hand. I've worked with big brands such as Tropicfeel, and with supplement, skincare and F&B brands across Europe and the GCC. I also created my own Shopify theme, used by over 50+ brands. YOUR ADS ARE WORKING. YOUR WEBSITE ISN'T. Ads, content, branding. It adds up fast. Then most visitors leave without buying, and you pay again for the next one. That's the most expensive problem in ecommerce, and it has nothing to do with traffic. HOW I WORK I use the same system with every store I take on. Research, plan, build, test. I go through your Shopify analytics and find where you're losing people. I run your store and your market through my AI research system. You get an audit and a clear plan, ordered by what makes the most money first. I design and build the fixes directly in your store. Everything is checked on every device before it goes live. I measure what changed, then decide what's next. You always know what I'm changing next, and why. WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW The right approach depends on your traffic. Every client starts in one of three programmes. ◆ THE FOUNDATION, under 10,000 visitors a month At this level, split tests take too long to give a reliable answer. So I focus on the changes that are already clear: fixing what's broken and adding what's missing. One brand I worked with moved online after years in physical retail. Their products were lower priced, so orders stayed small. I built the store around larger baskets, with value bundles and a free shipping goal, so a single item was no longer the default order. ◆ THE ACCELERATOR, 10,000 to 50,000 visitors a month There's enough traffic to test now. I fix the foundations first, then test the bigger changes. A footwear brand I worked with carried a lot of products, and customers struggled to find what they wanted. I rebuilt the navigation and the full journey, then added gift milestones in the cart to lift order value. ◆ THE GROWTH LAB, 50,000+ visitors a month A full testing programme, where every major change is tested before it stays. One of the larger brands I've worked with is a supplement company. I moved them from WordPress to Shopify and rebuilt the product page around trust: lab results, verified claims, and proof the product was what it said it was. Then a custom bundle builder to raise order value. WHAT I DO ▸ Shopify development and custom builds ▸ Conversion rate optimisation for product pages, collections, cart and checkout ▸ Growth strategy and revenue planning ▸ Store audits with a clear, prioritised plan ▸ Order value systems: bundles, upsells, cart milestones ▸ A/B testing programmes ▸ Conversion led redesigns and rebuilds ▸ Custom features when your store needs something off the shelf can't do ▸ Migrations to Shopify WHO I WORK WITH Shopify brands with real traffic and a real product, where the store is the bottleneck. If you're spending on ads and you think the site is where the money leaks, that's what I fix.
