✔ 885+ hours on Upwork, including 800+ hours on one ongoing WordPress contract ✔ 5+ years in web development, UI/UX design and IT solutions ✔ Web Developer & AI Solutions Partner: websites, Shopify stores and AI chatbots ✔ Fast replies (usually within 4 hours), clear updates and honest timelines Slow, outdated WordPress or Shopify site that isn't converting? Want AI to answer your customers and take repetitive work off your team? I fix speed, mobile experience and page structure so more visitors turn into customers, and I build AI chatbots and automated workflows into your site. I'm a Senior Software Engineer. My current long-term Upwork contract covers two image-heavy WordPress sites: mobile layouts, Figma-to-page builds, template migrations and performance. WHAT CLIENTS USUALLY COME TO ME WITH "Our site looks broken on mobile." Spacing, typography, sliders and galleries that fall apart on smaller screens. I rework the responsive layout page by page, including Slider Revolution and image-heavy sections, so the site holds up on every device. "The site is slow and our PageSpeed score is red." I audit with Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights, find what's actually slowing it down, and fix images, scripts, plugins and theme bloat. LCP, CLS and INP are the targets, not just the score. "We have a Figma design and need it built." Pixel-accurate, responsive builds in Elementor, Avada or custom code, editable by your team after handover. "We get traffic but not enough enquiries or sales." A UX and CRO audit to find where visitors drop off, then redesigned landing pages, product pages and checkout flows, built in WordPress or Shopify around how buyers actually decide. "We want to use AI in our business." • Custom AI chatbots trained on your website, docs and products, with lead capture and human handoff • OpenAI / ChatGPT API integration inside your website or web app • AI workflow automation that removes repetitive tasks • AI-powered features and custom LLM solutions built around your data I've built a custom WordPress plugin with an AI chatbot and quote-request workflow for a photography business. WHAT I WORK WITH • WordPress, Elementor, Avada, WooCommerce, custom plugins • Shopify themes and Liquid customization • React, Next.js, Node.js, PHP and Laravel • UI/UX design in Figma • OpenAI API, AI chatbots and automation • Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, Core Web Vitals RECENT WORK • Ongoing WordPress contract (800+ hours): mobile optimization, Figma-to-page builds and template migrations across two image-heavy sites • Custom Shopify store for Dolci Aveja US, an Italian artisan bakery: custom theme, gift box and bundle flows, free-shipping cart drawer • Custom WordPress plugin: AI chatbot and quote workflow for a photography business • Study-abroad platform (Angular): the redesign contributed to a 20% increase in conversion rate HOW I WORK Before quoting, I review your site and tell you what's actually slowing it down or losing sales, so you pay for fixes that matter, not guesswork. Send me your site URL or Figma file and I'll reply with what I'd change first.
