I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English, which has equipped me with strong communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with people from diverse backgrounds. My training and experience in both written and spoken English allow me to express ideas clearly, handle conversations effectively, and maintain professionalism in every interaction. Beyond academics, I also have a passion for the arts—I enjoy writing, public speaking, and playing musical instruments. These skills have helped me develop creativity, discipline, and the ability to engage people in meaningful ways. I believe I am well-suited for a customer service role because of my background in education and communication. As a teacher-in-training, I learned how to listen attentively, respond with empathy, and provide solutions in a calm and patient manner—all of which are essential in customer support.
