I Build AI Employees That Answer Calls, Chase Leads, and Handle Ops 24

Most service businesses run on people doing the same five tasks every day: answering the same calls, chasing the same leads, sending the same follow-ups, booking the same appointments, and replying to the same customer questions. I build AI employees that take those tasks off your team's plate, voice agents that answer the phone, chat agents that qualify leads, and back-office automations that handle the busywork in between. Recent work: 1) RevSmith.ai: an AI sales rep that captures leads, qualifies them, and runs follow-up sequences end-to-end. 2) Calendly voice agent: an AI receptionist that answers calls, qualifies the caller, and books the meeting directly into your calendar. 3) n8n email agent: an AI assistant that reads incoming emails, drafts contextual replies, and routes anything sensitive to a human. 4) Salon CRM (in progress): a full operations system handling client management, appointment booking, and automated reminders. What working with me looks like: I ask a lot of questions before writing any code. Most "automation" projects fail because the wrong thing got automated — I'd rather spend an hour mapping your actual workflow than two weeks building something you won't use. Once we're aligned, I ship fast: most projects are live in 2-3 weeks, not 2-3 months. Stack I work in: n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, Twilio, Vapi, Retell, Supabase, Airtable, custom Python/Node when needed. I pick tools based on your stack and budget, not because I'm trying to upsell. Best fit if you're: 1) A service business (agency, clinic, salon, real estate, recruiting, trades) drowning in manual ops 2) A solo founder validating a SaaS idea who needs an MVP that actually works 3) Already using a CRM, but it's not talking to your other tools Send a message describing what's currently eating your time. I'll tell you honestly whether automation is the right fix and roughly what it would take.
