I advise CEOs and C-Suites on how to better organize their companies. My focus tends toward operations, project management, systems, vendor management, marketing, software engineering, and company structure. And most importantly: people. I prefer helping teams execute on a strategy, rather than just talk. I love the debate and conversation that yields stronger teams and vision. Nothing better than seeing a client execute on a good strategy and after a month or two witness progress first hand. I also love reviewing a P&L. Past clients have included co-founders, CEOs, various c-suite positions, for companies up to $500M in annual revenue. My experience is very diverse, from working in an artisanal pickle factory, leading programs at Boeing, and leading interagency efficiency work for the NYC Mayor's Office.
