Anahit M.

Hi, I’m Anahit — a Certified Digital Product Manager (CDPM™) with 7 years of experience building and scaling B2B and B2C products across AI, Gen AI, Fintech, Gaming, E-commerce, and SaaS. I help startups and growing companies turn ideas into successful products by combining strategy, data-driven insights, and hands-on execution. 🎯 Here’s how I can support your projects: ✅ Product Discovery & Strategy – Market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify real opportunities and shape product vision. ✅ MVP & Roadmapping – Defining scope, writing user stories, and prioritizing backlogs to deliver quick wins while staying aligned with business goals. ✅ AI & SaaS Expertise – Proven track record launching AI-powered products (1M+ daily generations within 2 weeks at Picsart) and scaling SaaS platforms (60% user growth at Multilogin). ✅ User-Centered Design – Wireframes, prototypes, and user flows with Figma/Balsamiq, plus usability testing to refine experience. ✅ Data & Growth – Setting up KPIs, dashboards, and A/B tests to optimize retention, conversion, and monetization. 💡 A few highlights from my work: - Scaled a B2B SaaS product’s user base by 60% and boosted retention from 30% → 45% in 6 months. - Launched AI creative tools used by millions globally, driving +30% conversion. - Delivered Fintech solutions (e-signature, lending platforms) that reduced processing time by 70% and achieved 35% ROI. Although I’m new to Upwork, I bring a strong track record of delivering measurable impact. If you’re looking for a partner who can take ownership, bring structure, and turn ideas into real products — I’d love to help. 🚀
