Silvano Escolano Jr., is an experienced Customer Service Representative handling both voice and non-voice for 6 years majority of his experience is with Telecommunications Company based in US and as Technical Support and Sales Associate. He is passionate in helping others including his colleague as he is an active Youth Leader in their church and also a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) in his previous company. His biggest achievement at work was when he was promoted as SME 6 months after his employment with Ibex. He had also become an ambassador for their program. Silvano is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. He is inspired daily by his family, friends and co-youth ministers, he loves doing charity works, travelling and watching movies.
