Hi there! I'm a Recruitment Specialist and Implementation Manager with a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities. With over two years of experience in recruitment, I’ve developed a knack for finding and hiring top talent that fits perfectly with client needs. I love collaborating with hiring managers to ensure we're making the best choices for our teams. I also bring extensive customer service experience to the table, which has helped me hone my communication skills. I believe that clear and effective communication is key to building strong relationships, whether it’s with candidates or clients. I strive to create a positive experience for everyone I work with. On the implementation side, I’ve successfully managed projects that streamline processes and improve workflows. I'm organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on keeping everything running smoothly, even when juggling multiple tasks. I’m comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Asana, and Trello to keep projects on track and enhance collaboration. If you’re looking for someone who can help you find the right talent and ensure a seamless implementation process, I’d love to chat! Let’s see how we can work together to achieve your goals.
