Most trainings fail because it’s designed for the trainer, not the learner. I fix it by turning raw content into high-retention e-learning and presentations. With 11 years of experience and a Cambridge certification in Graphic Design, I bridge the gap between pedagogy and visual impact. The ROI of My Work: - Higher Completion Rates: I structure content for cognitive load, ensuring learners actually finish and apply the material. - Brand Scalability: I build in Canva so your team can update assets without breaking the design. - Speed to Market: From transcript to course, I handle the full build so you can focus on delivery. My Process: 1. Audit: I review your raw docs/voice notes to identify key learning objectives. 2. Design: I create flowcharts, infographics, and modules that simplify complex data. 3. Deliver: You get editable Canva templates and clean PowerPoint files. Credentials: - 4.9/5.0 Client Rating - Degree in Education - Tools: Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, Kajabi, ChatGPT Availability: Limited to 25 hours/week to ensure quality on every project.
