Kristina K.

I'm a Top Rated curriculum developer and instructional designer with an M.Ed. from OISE, University of Toronto, and a Certificate in Learning Experience Design. I build engaging, standards-aligned learning for K-12 classrooms, adult learners, and the educators who teach them. I've worked with schools, nonprofits, and edtech organizations across Canada and internationally, and I've led curriculum teams at the K-8 level, overseeing cross-subject content creation from scope and sequence to finished lessons. What I do: 1. K-12 curriculum and lesson design: Inquiry-based and project-based units, full course outlines, assessments, and resources aligned to provincial, state, and international standards. 2. Adult education and workforce programs: Practical, accessible modules for career training, workplace learning, and continuing education, including healthcare and career pathways programming. 3. Teacher professional development: Training sessions, facilitator guides, and resources that help educators put new practices into their classrooms. 4. STEM, coding, and digital literacy: Hands-on courses that make technical concepts approachable for students and adult learners. 5. SEL and AI literacy: Curriculum that helps learners build life skills and use AI tools thoughtfully and responsibly. 6. Curriculum leadership: Reviewing, revising, and managing curriculum projects so content stays consistent, high quality, and on schedule. I work best with clients who want a thoughtful partner, not just a deliverable. If you have a rough idea and need someone to turn it into a real program with structure, sequence, and materials your learners will actually use, let's talk.
