Hi, My name is Fernando Rey Punla, 41 years old, Father of two kids and lives in Apalit, Pampanga I love cooking, listening to music, watching movies and mostly spending quality time with my kids. I graduated college in Centro Escolar University, Bachelor in Science in Commerce Major in Management I started working as customer service and checker sales at SM Department Store Pampanga and Robinsons Department Store Wherein I was in charge of daily sales, inventory and checking of sales transactions Also work at Jollibee Food Corporation, as a management Trainee I was in charge of the store operation, managing the schedule of service crews, inventory and administrative duties. After that, I moved to Pag-ibig Fund in Malolos, Bulacan Where we encode payments, transfer of records computation loans, ticketing, loading and reconciliations. We use INGRES Data Base as our main information tool. We also use Microsoft office such as word, power point and specially Microsoft excel I then work with Mcdonalds in United Arab Emirates As a crew leader, handled kitchen, service area and front liner. As most of fast-food we used POS or what we call Point of Sales System I also work with Forbes Financial Consultancy Corporation as an office clerk and under credit investigation Here we encode customer’s information, analyzing credit worthiness of customers and their eligibilities. I then went back to Pag-ibig Fund as Account Analyst under Short Term Loan Accounting Division in 2011. I then handled mostly the same responsibilities of transferring records, encoding payments, computation of loans, ticketing, loading and reconciliations. I then once again tried to work in United Arab Emirates as office assistant in Abu Dhabi Investment Council. As an office staff, I am assisting, scheduling guest meetings, encoding, printing and sorting files and documents. After few years outside the country, I decided to permanently go back and started working with Sitel Philippines in Ortigas which was my first BPO Company. Handled Outbound, inbound and Retention. We use Citrix as our main server, ICOMs for our customer records and COMETS for encoding of orders For Inbound we specialized in sales, where we sell TV’s, broadband home phone and mobile services. In Outbound we call customers to offer upgrade and additional services. And the most exciting part was retention where we negotiate with customers to either retain or renew their contracts. From the work experience that I had, I can say that I had gain a lot of knowledge specializing in customer service. Improved my skills in clerical work and enhance my working etiquettes, working with groups and or in challenging situations. I always maintain positive outlook in all that I do, make sure that I uphold to the companies guidelines and open to progressive feedback.
