I've been in the trading space for years, first on the support side and now also building the tools. I've built a backtesting platform in Python that runs 24/7 in the cloud. It tests thousands of setups across 28 strategies, ranks them with real fees and slippage, and sends the best ones out as live signal bots to the exchange. It has kill switches, filters, Telegram alerts and a dashboard so the team can see everything. I also built my own desktop trading platform. It connects to MT5, Binance and Bybit and has an AI assistant built in. I set up the customer side too: sign-in, a page where people can check their plan, renew, cancel or download the app, so they don't have to message support for the basic stuff. On the support side, what I usually end up doing is noticing the questions that keep coming in, writing guides and saved replies for them, making clear who handles what when something needs to go up, and automating whatever is repetitive. I've handled onboarding, billing, chargebacks and keeping members happy. I've also set up Discord servers with roles, staff-only areas and guides in English and Spanish, and built a bilingual blog that publishes and shares to social automatically. I use AI a lot in my work: Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, Hermes, DeepSeek. I don't just paste in prompts. I split the work into clear tasks, check what comes back, and test it before anything goes live. Tools: Python, FastAPI, MT5/MQL5, exchange APIs, n8n, Make, Zapier, Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Stripe, Chargebee, NMI, Midigator, Render, Cloudflare, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Discord and Telegram bots.
