I worked as customer service representative for a while, working under pressure and in flexible hours. I became confident handling concerns of irate customers and attend to their queries. Keeping professionalism amidst difficulties As maintenance coordinator, I handled concerns of renters regarding maintenance, contacting and scheduling with vendors and dealing with client's approval. Just 2months after, I got promoted and became Lead Maintenance Specialist. Apart from the above responsibilities, I had to lead the entire maintenance team. I also worked as a project manager where in, it harnessed my critical thinking ability. Clients had been so satisfied with the service they are getting. It helps established better relationship among different clients. English proficiency, efficient and reliable at work, flexible hours of working depending on what client needs. Professional and punctual, good communication both verbal and written communications, building good relationship among my clients, while fulfilling my duties, are amongst the skills I had harnessed over the years of working.
