Community Builder & Systems Expert | Circle.so, Mighty Networks, Scoro
Most membership communities and internal systems don't fail from bad ideas, they fail from weak setup. Members go quiet because there's no access structure guiding them forward. Teams lose track of goals because their tracker is a spreadsheet nobody updates. I build the Circle so, Mighty Networks, Coda io, and SportsEngine systems that fix that, from architecture to launch. I work across two connected specialties: Community platform design — I build the structure behind engaged communities: access tiers, content gating, onboarding flows, and automations that move members forward instead of letting them drift. For Women's Sales Institute, I designed a Circle.so build around five gated competency phases (Learn → Apply → Practise → Feedback → Assess → Progress), with tiered access across Curriculum, Coaching, and Alumni spaces, live-support windows, and certification automation — prototyped first so the client could see the architecture before a line of it went live. For a Muslim entrepreneur membership brand, I scoped and proposed a full community architecture covering gamification and member lifecycle transitions, delivered in English and French. Project & data systems — I build the Coda io, Scoro, Dubsado, Airtable, and CRM systems that replace scattered docs with a single source of truth. For a global grantmaking organization, I built a Coda io milestones tracker with role-assigned accountability (MOCHA), a leadership dashboard, and scheduled automations for deadline and update reminders. Sports organization setup — I configure SportsEngine for youth and club sports orgs: registration, rosters, schedules, payments, and parent communication, plus website reorganization so parents can register, find their team, and get updates without emailing leadership. Recent work includes a full program restructure and site cleanup for a city soccer league, and custom HTML/CSS page components (coach profiles, schedules, training tab systems) for a football academy — built to work within SportsEngine's strict HTML/JS sanitizer. I also build brand-consistent landing pages (HTML/CSS, responsive, from brand guidelines to live page) for membership and coaching brands. If you're trying to fix a quiet community, a chaotic project tracker, or a sports org site your parents can't navigate — message me with your platform and the outcome you want. I'll tell you exactly how I'd approach it before you commit to anything.
