From 2018 to 2024, I founded and managed an ESL training center in the Philippines, where I led recruitment, operations, and client relations. Most recently, I worked as a Business Manager and Recruitment Manager for an Australian cleaning company, overseeing business operations, recruitment, project coordination, and team performance.
