I build security that actually works, not security theater. I’m a security engineer who’s secured everything from healthcare platforms serving millions to scrappy startups running on borrowed servers. Give me AWS or a raspberry pi cluster, I’ll make it secure either way. What I actually do: • Build security infrastructure that scales (10x growth? No problem) • Make compliance painless (turned 3 week audits into 1 day reports) • Fix your vulnerabilities without breaking your budget (cut security costs 30% using smart open-source alternatives) • Automate everything that shouldn’t need human judgment • Let your devs ship fast while keeping data safe Real results from real projects: • Secured a Class I medical device handling patient data across US/UK • Built 5 security products from scratch at a startup • Reduced vulnerabilities by 90% through automation • Zero breaches while teams shipped daily I work best with: • Startups who need enterprise-grade security on startup budgets • Companies tired of consultants who just create PowerPoints • Teams who want security that enables business, not blocks it • Anyone who values practical solutions over perfect documentation I don’t need unlimited budgets or perfect conditions. I’ve built secure systems with whatever tools were available, cloud, bare metal, open source, duct tape. What matters is shipping something that works. If you need someone to check compliance boxes and write reports, I’m not your person. But if you want someone who’ll actually secure your infrastructure and help your business grow, let’s talk. Technologies I work with: AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD, Python, Bash, but honestly, I’ll use whatever gets the job done.
