OBJECTIVE To seek a position related to my profession/passion and apply my skills to the fullest extent. Hi, I'm Angel Raymund Cruz, you can call me Raymund for short. I have been in the BPO for 20 years now. 16 years onsite and 4 years WORKING FROM HOME and counting. Working from home allowed me to deal with and handle different platforms. Initially, I started as an Appointment Setter, then became a Real Estate Cold Caller then an Event Delegate Acquisition Specialist. And things are looking good. Then afterward as time went on, I became a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in which I handled multiple accounts under 1 client. I also did some US-based loans and financial services. I also dialed for Solar Campaign, Real Estate, Tutoring Programs, and Construction Campaigns that deal with High Ticket Sales. But with all of that. I was given a great opportunity to be part of a Law Firm. And that's the best part for me. At first, I was supposed just to answer the call and get the details of their cases. But with the skills I have acquired over the past years, I have been dealing with people. I was promoted as an Intake and Follow Up Specialist. Here, we have lots of things to cover. And it's a great challenge. Never was a dull moment. Handling cases like Workers Compensation, Premises, Medical Malpractice, Dog bite, Dram shop and MVA, every day is just different. And with all the experiences and knowledge I have acquired over those years... I can gladly say that I am well equipped with all the possible solutions I can think of in ANY GIVEN SITUATION. Also, I was able to deliver numbers on the board that exceeded my client's expectations. I never leave my customers behind, It's my COMMITMENT!!! I always make sure that I provide EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE on each of my calls to be able to DETERMINE what they truly need and to find their REAL MOTIVATION by building a good rapport. Asking questions is also one of my ways to give me a BETTER AND BIGGER view of what type of person I'm dealing with, So I can tailor fit everything for them. I always give my 100% dedication to what I do. Building Trust and Creating Good Relationship with all the people I talked to has always been my main ingredients on each OF MY CALLS.
