Your WordPress site is live... and slow, fragile, or both. I'm the person you bring in to fix it properly and keep it that way. I take over production WordPress (including multisite), find what's actually hurting performance or security, fix it, and stay responsible for the site afterward. Fortune 500 and multinational clients have hired me for exactly that: website speed and performance first, then servers, security, more properties, and ongoing care. I co-founded a digital agency in 2010 and still oversee the technical work. 3,900+ hours on Upwork, 100% Job Success, Top Rated Plus. What I do • Core Web Vitals and real-world load time, measured before and after • Security hardening, malware cleanup, and Google cleanup after a compromise • Hosting, DNS, migrations, and email authentication (SPF / DKIM / DMARC) • Technical SEO as part of the engineering, not a separate package • Ongoing retainers for teams that want one accountable person, year after year Nothing changes on a live site without backups and staging. If the site matters to the business, send the URL and what's going wrong.
