Making the right choice from the many options available will determine how well a solution stands the test of time. When asked to create a mobile web app to replace an iPhone and Android app I chose to create a Progressive Web App using React and React-Bootstrap with a GraphQL data access layer. On the server, I created a java based GraphQL service replacing web services. Web application, including GraphQL service and access to PWA, is deployed on Tomcat. When I was asked to develop an enterprise authentication solution for our product suite, I chose to base our IAM product on WSO2 Identity Server and implement OpenID Connect in our products using the Nimbus OAuth 2.0 SDK. For a reporting solution, I chose to base our product on JasperReports Server. And, for a solution to consume and transform HL7 messages, I chose Mirth Connect. I enjoy solving complex technical problems through research, analysis, and design, working independently and as part of a team.
