Kalu E.
Senior D365 BC Tecno-Functional Consultant | AI Automation Engineer
I'm Kalu Eke, a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV Techno-Functional Consultant with 7+ years in Microsoft ERP. A big chunk of that was in technical support and escalation at a high level (L2/L3+, SME / lead work), so I know production issues, partner expectations, and tight SLAs — not just greenfield demos. I'm ITIL 4-aligned: I keep tickets moving, communicate clearly, and focus on what actually fixes the business problem. AI, agentic automation, and Microsoft workflows I design automation that runs in production: Power Automate, Power Apps, API integrations across Business Central, D365 CRM, Exchange, and Dataverse. I also build agentic patterns — autonomous steps that read and write live data through APIs (and MCP-style tool connections where the architecture uses them), with approvals, auditing, and human handoff when the risk is real. Shipped examples: AI-assisted document classification and routing, inventory automation against BC, CRM pipeline automation (stale opportunities, follow-ups, stage updates), and orchestration with N8N next to Microsoft. I use Copilot, Claude, and Power Platform AI with focus on grounding, prompts, tokens, and failure behavior so you're not debugging a black box. What I help clients with Application support and troubleshooting — BC/NAV break-fix, configuration and data issues, root-cause analysis, and fixes that stick. Performance and databases — SQL, long-running queries, environment health, and the boring work that keeps tenants stable. Workflows, process, and migration — process design in BC, Power Automate, data migration / cutover planning, and testing so go-live doesn't turn into guesswork. Telemetry and monitoring — Kusto / telemetry signals where they're part of the picture, so issues get found before users flood the inbox. Identity and cloud — Azure AD / Entra patterns as they touch BC and integrations (where your tenant is set up for it). Integrations and data — D365 Business Central with Sales / CRM, Dataverse, APIs, and the glue in between. I use AL, .NET, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python when the work calls for it. Automation and scripting — Power Automate, PowerShell, and glue that removes repetitive work without stacking unnecessary tools. Documentation — functional specs, how-tos, decision logs, and handover docs so your team isn't dependent on one person's head. I work remote, I'm direct on scope and timelines, and I'd rather under-promise and over-deliver than tell you something is "done" when it isn't. If you have a BC/NAV or D365 workload — support, implementation hardening, migration prep, integrations, or AI-driven workflow automation — send the details and I'll tell you if I'm the right person.
