I am highly adept with Major ERP like SAP and Oracle. Able to do excel functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Furthermore, I have been in the customer service industry (with experience in retail banking industry as I was working for JP Morgan Chase for more than 2 years) for nearly 6 years plus 6 years in financial industry with vast experience in basic accounting and accounts receivable cycle ranging from order management, credit management, collection and dispute management. I can also handle projects and accounts, delivering great customer service and experience. I am dealing everyday with hundreds if not thousands of accounts making sure that customers are satisfied with their requests and needs. I am also able to deliver financial reports for stakeholders and Controllers driving calls to create resolutions for issues with invoices and past due accounts.
