Hi everyone, my name is Sol and I am here to help you with any needs you have! I have a bachelor degree in Public Relations. I pride myself in being incredibly organized, timely, and driven individual. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, D365, Trello, SAP, F&O. I speak English, Spanish and German. I am a problem solver and enjoy finding innovative ways to solve a multitude of daily issues! I look forward to working hand in hand with you to solve any problems that you have, whether they be big or small! From 2019 - 2022 I worked with SAP as a german Concur Auditor where I had to provided first level assessment of receipts and expense reports in compliance to client’s subscription and policies and procedures. I took care of the German Clients and had to process over 500 invoices on a daily basis to comply with company policies, which made me develop my eye for detail. I also took part in the communication team where I helped the Corporate Social Responsability team to ensure SAP haded a positive impact on local communities and the environment. Raising public awareness of a company’s social responsibility commitments through marketing and encouraging links between the company and educational or charitable groups. On the other I started back in 2019 working as a Freelancer for the Center for Creative Leadership. Where I currently help with: - Event Producing - Payroll specialist - Purchase Order creator - Executive assistance - LATAM Scheduler
