I'm the engineer teams bring in to build the thing and to own everything around it. Blank repo to running product: the mobile app, the API behind it, the infrastructure under that, and the pipeline that ships it all. I don't hand off the hard parts. Most of what I've built, I built from the ground up for clients and for my own products (I run a small software studio and ship my own apps). I like doing it right the first time: scalable, maintainable, and documented well enough that the next person isn't cursing my name.
