I am having a good experience in Hydrology, Hydraulics & Water resources Engineering projects. I have completed different projects in this field with different clients over India like MoWR, INCCC, WRD. BAIF, NDMA & CPWD. I was also a part of the National Water Mission project for Tamilnadu State. (i) To design a new water supply distribution system for the proposed alignment with sufficient pressure and discharge at the desired location within the premises of CLRI campus, Chennai. Internship Experience IIT Madras Project 1: Flood Modeling in Buckingham canal at Tharamani • Peak discharges at different cross-sections of the canal were estimated using HEC-HMS & GIS Interface with rainfall data & soil and Land use map as input. • Flow inundation Map of Canal is prepared using HEC-RAS one dimensional modelling by providing Canal longitudinal & cross-sectional details & Peak flow at junctions as input. Project 2: Dharoi Reservoir simulation using HEC-Ressim.
