Hi! I’m Francis, a multidisciplinary freelancer with over 5 years of experience across video editing, content moderation, trust & safety operations, and digital support. I’ve worked with marketing agencies, tech-driven teams, and remote-first companies—delivering work that is both creatively thoughtful and operationally precise. My strength lies in storytelling—especially through video. I’ve edited wedding documentaries, branded content, and talking-head videos with a focus on emotional flow, pacing, and clean presentation. I work with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, Canva, and AI-driven platforms such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, and Microsoft Copilot to bring visual content to life. I also have a strong background in Trust & Safety, content review, and user experience protection. As a Content Moderator at Conectys and Video Review Analyst at Stealth Monitoring, I investigated sensitive cases, enforced platform policies, flagged violations, and collaborated across departments. I’ve consistently worked in remote setups, managing shifting schedules, independent workloads, and cross-team communication using tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Airtable, Asana, and Google Workspace. Whether you need help editing emotionally resonant videos, reviewing user content, or organizing creative workflows—I bring professionalism, clear communication, and a strong sense of responsibility to every project.
