William D.

Do you have a little too much on your plate? Can't find the motivation or time to do some work that's due? Sit back, enjoy a coffee, and let me get to work for you. I'm William, a native English speaker from Cork, a beautiful beachside county in the Republic of Ireland. I have two degrees from Irish universities, firstly, a Business & Marketing degree from Cork Institute of Technology, and secondly, a Film, TV & Media Degree from St. John's College in Cork. I am used to finding the information I need from both my education and my past work in the market analysis and writing sectors. I have several extensive market analysis projects already completed on Upwork, all to much aplomb from my clients, which you can see below in my reviews. I have also added several samples of my previous work to my portfolio section, but I am happy to share more upon request. For the past 7 years, I have worked on a diverse range of market analysis projects, but my most accomplished sectors are those of worldwide construction & housing trends and general economic evaluations. I have done projects in countries as far-reaching as the United States, Australia, the Philippines, India and Canada, but my home base of the UK and Ireland is my most familiar region. I excel in cold outreach, so I have no issues contacting informed locals in the sector of interest, but I am also happy to get my hands dirty and comb through social media, internet directories, online image databases or use one of the many apps that I am proficient with to find what is needed. I am passionate about my work, which shows in my clients' final products. I am a hard worker, but I'm also a great communicator. I can think fast and have no problem dealing with issues that arise during work. Through my years of writing experience, I have become adept at both sifting through large bodies of information and text and presenting my findings in a concise and 'poetic' manner. I hope to make my findings sing to you in a beautiful Excel or Word-shaped melody. Because writing is also a passion of mine, I have had several articles published in newspapers countrywide. I have also submitted poetry, blogs, short stories, screenplays, and drafts to different organisations worldwide, receiving much distinction for several of my pieces (You will also find some of my published pieces below, in my portfolio). I am proficient in the use of scriptwriting software, namely Celtx. and all Microsoft Office-based software (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). I am also proficient in research software such as Sales Navigator, Apollo and LinkedIn Navigator.
