I have experience in Customer Service and Technical Support, I worked for the company Telus International in Guatemala, doing the following tasks for the company Wix.com: Call the clients that request it online for talk, in relation of how to use the plataform, information about the different kind o premium plans, prices, suggest them the best premium plans and another additional applications for do their experience using the platafform on wix better, guide user how to use the platafform, guide users how to build their websites, how to set up their ecommerce websites, help users how to purchase the best premium plan, guide them how to buy the premium plans, help the user with some issues in the plattaform or transferring the call to the expert team for a better solution to the bugs or issues in the plattaform. I worked for another company called Conduent, where I had in charge the following tasks: Received inbound calls from users that wanted to know what is the status of their packages, helped users to locate their packages, help users to change the addresses where they want to receive their packages, or inform the UPS post office that they want to pick up their packages directly in an specific office, set the appointments for the customers to pick up their packages in the post office of UPS. I worked as Assistant of judges in the Judicial Branch in Guatemala, doing the below tasks: Customer service, answering calls, filing legal proceedings, assisting the judge in hearings, assigning files for final resolution, creating digital files. I did a volunteering work in the legal area for ​​the NGO called "Women's Rights Initiative", covering hearings in family courts, preparing initial claims From April 23, 2019 to February of 2020.
