The difference isn't just what I build. It's how I approach it. I pay attention to the things that often get overlooked: how easily someone can navigate your website, what happens after they click a button, how the design behaves on mobile, how quickly pages load, and whether you'll actually enjoy managing the website once it's handed over. I also believe you shouldn't need a technical dictionary to understand what's happening with your own project. I keep communication straightforward, explain decisions clearly, and make sure you're involved without overwhelming you with developer jargon.
