Ralph V.

I help business owners and teams stay on top of client relationships and day-to-day operations — so nothing falls through the cracks. Over 8 projects and 5,600+ hours on Upwork, I've worked as both a Virtual Assistant and an Account Manager, which means I bring two things most VAs don't: I know how to manage a client relationship end-to-end, and I know how to execute the admin/ops work behind it without needing hand-holding. What I handle: - Client communication & account management — single point of contact, proactive updates, keeping projects on schedule - Inbox, calendar & scheduling support - Content calendars, social media scheduling, and on-brand asset creation (Canva) - Website updates & maintenance (WordPress, Wix) - CRM and documentation upkeep — SOPs, briefs, checklists that keep teams aligned - Async communication across time zones (Slack, Google Workspace, ClickUp) I've supported premium and commercial brand accounts under NDA, and I work independently with minimal oversight — you tell me the outcome, I handle the follow-through. Let's talk about what's slowing your team down and whether I'm the right fit to take it off your plate.
