He found bugs in my site none of our other testers had discovered, and his documentation was top notch. We will absolutely work with him again next time we need a site tested!" — Fiverr Client 🇩🇪 NATIVE GERMAN SPEAKER — YOUR SECRET WEAPON FOR THE DACH MARKET Planning to launch in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland? This is where I truly stand out. As a native German speaker, I catch what non-native testers miss: - Chatbots & Voice Assistants: I test conversational AI in natural German, identifying awkward phrasing, cultural mismatches, and flow issues - Localization Testing: Beyond translation: I evaluate tone, formality ("Sie" vs. "Du"), cultural appropriateness, and regional expectations - German User Testing: I have access to a network of native German test participants for authentic user feedback International companies trust me to ensure their products don't just work in German—they feel German. 🔍 WHAT I OFFER - Heuristic Evaluations (Nielsen's 10 Heuristics) - Usability Testing with real users - UX Audits for websites, apps, e-commerce & SaaS - German localization and voice bot testing 🏢 INDUSTRIES I'VE WORKED WITH E-Commerce • SaaS • FinTech • HealthTech • Mobile Apps • Startups • Enterprise Software 📋 WHAT YOU RECEIVE - Comprehensive summary report with annotated screenshots and videos - Prioritized issues ranked by severity - Concrete, actionable recommendations 📅 Book a 30-minute strategy call to discuss your goals 💌 Or send me a message with your project details Let's make your product easy to use—so your customers stay, convert, and come back.
