Juan S.

I manage multilingual projects in healthcare and tech, and I translate and interpret German, English, Spanish and Portuguese myself. You get one person who can plan your rollout and speak to every stakeholder in their own language. What I've delivered: • Coordinated stakeholders and the training rollout for Qure.ai's market entry into Colombia and Brazil, in partnership with AstraZeneca. About 25 institutions signed. • Built and led a 12-person interpreting service in Germany. No-shows fell from 4 in 10 assignments to zero. • Ran Germany–Latin America healthcare recruitment campaigns. About 70% of the candidates I presented were hired, and my preparation workshops cut dropouts from 6 in 20 to 2 in 20. • Led the Spanish translator team for the full localization of the Luigi's Box website. How I can help: • Localization and translation projects: planning, translator coordination, terminology and QA • Interpreting for meetings, negotiations and training sessions (DE · EN · ES · PT) • Medical, technical and commercial translation • AI training data evaluation and QA in Spanish, German and English Tools: Jira · Asana · Notion · Scrum · Trados · memoQ Languages: Spanish (native) · German C1 (TestDaF) · English C1 (IELTS) · Portuguese C1 Based in Medellín (GMT-5) juan-saldarriaga. com
