I take pride in delivering clear, organized, and high-quality work, especially in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments. How My Expertise Can Benefit Your Organization Engineering & Technical Proposal Development I specialize in managing and producing proposals across Engineering sectors—Defence, Transport, Water, Energy, and the Built Environment—as well as IT and digital solutions. I ensure that every component of a submission is complete, compliant, and aligned with client requirements. Coordination With Subcontractors, Prime Contractors & Agencies I have extensive experience working directly with subcontractors, prime contractors, and government/agency contract administrators. This includes gathering technical inputs, clarifying requirements, consolidating documentation, and ensuring all parties submit accurate and timely information. Knowledge Management & Repository Organization I maintain structured, searchable, and future-ready knowledge bases for proposals. This includes properly storing all proposal parts—CVs, case studies, methodologies, templates, graphics, compliance docs, and past submissions—to support efficient reuse and faster turnaround for future bids. Proposal Design & Presentation From cover pages and organizational charts to polished visual layouts, I enhance proposals with clean and professional design elements that help your team put forward its strongest presentation. Client-Focused Collaboration I excel at cross-functional teamwork, clear communication, and adapting content for diverse audiences. I make it easy for technical teams, management, and partners to contribute effectively to the proposal process.
