I'm a Former U.S. CPA with Big 4 experience, now focused on the space where finance, operations, and technology meet. I help SaaS and growth-stage companies turn finance into a real operating advantage. My background spans audit, financial operations, forecasting, internal controls, reporting, and strategic finance. Over time, my work moved well beyond traditional accounting and into building the financial infrastructure companies need to make better decisions, scale with more discipline, and understand the business more clearly. I’m interested in how things work beneath the surface. That could mean digging into raw data, improving process logic, working with code, or thinking through how different tools, repositories, and systems should fit together. I’m comfortable moving between the financial side of a business and the operational or technical side, especially when the goal is to create better visibility, better workflows, and better decisions. In practice, that means I do more than review numbers or prepare reports. I help companies understand what is actually driving performance, where margins are getting lost, how cash is moving, where reporting is weak, which processes are creating friction, and what needs to change for the business to run with more clarity and control. My work has included SaaS finance, KPI design, cash flow forecasting, gross margin and COGS analysis, reporting for leadership, internal controls, process improvement, investor-facing materials, and cross-functional decision support. I’m usually brought in when a company is growing, complexity is increasing, and the existing finance setup is no longer enough. I’m also highly comfortable with the systems side of the work. I use Python, JavaScript, automation tools, and modern finance and data systems where appropriate. I can build on top of existing repositories, work with technical teams, and think through the right stack or level of solution based on the actual business need, not just what sounds impressive. Sometimes the answer is a cleaner forecast model. Sometimes it’s better reporting logic, tighter process design, targeted automation, or a smarter way for finance and operations to work together. What I bring is financial rigor, technical fluency, and good judgment. I understand the discipline finance requires, but I also think like someone who wants the system to work in real life, across teams, under pressure, and at scale. I work well on projects that sit across functions and affect real decision-making: forecasting, margin improvement, reporting quality, cash visibility, finance process maturity, automation opportunities, and the broader structure behind how a business operates.
